Ted Wilkins
Ted brings a rare combination of spiritual leadership, professional expertise, and personal investment in the mission of Cambodia Village Outreach. Ordained into pastoral ministry in 2002, he has served as an Interim and Senior Pastor in multiple churches, providing decades of experience in preaching, teaching, counseling, and shepherding individuals and families through every stage of life. His steady commitment to biblical truth and compassionate care strengthens both ministry direction and spiritual accountability.
He is the founder and director of “Good News Brief For Men,” a daily devotional ministry established in 1997 and published online at www.goodnewsbriefformen.blogspot.com. He has also been a longtime member of Glen Hope Baptist Church in Burlington, North Carolina, for over 50 years, where he served seven years as Director of Men’s Ministry.
In addition to ministry leadership, he offers over 40 years of experience as a Senior Machine Design Engineer, having worked with major companies such as AT&T (Western Electric), Westinghouse, Alcatel, Duracell, and Procter & Gamble. This professional background adds strong value to the board through strategic planning, operational insight, problem-solving, and wise stewardship.
He has been married to his wife, Pamela Cooper Wilkins, since 1973, and his family has a direct connection to Cambodia missions, giving him a personal understanding of the challenges and opportunities of cross-cultural ministry. His experience, integrity, and long-term commitment make him a trusted voice and stabilizing influence for Cambodia Village Outreach.
