Our Values and Goal
Organizational Values
These core principles guide our decisions, actions, and relationships as we pursue our mission:
- Christ-Centered: We are motivated by the love of Jesus Christ and grounded in biblical truth. Our ultimate aim is to glorify God, share the Gospel, make disciples and multiplying believers in all we do.
- Holistic Compassion: We believe in demonstrating God's love by serving individuals and communities through addressing both spiritual and physical needs.
- Mission-Focused Integrity: We are committed to ethical conduct, transparency, and wise stewardship of the resources entrusted to us. Our actions align with our stated purpose of planting churches through tangible acts of service.
- Community Empowerment: We strive to work with communities, not just for them. We seek to build local capacity, foster dignity, and encourage sustainable, locally-led solutions and church bodies.
- Relational Evangelism, Discipleship & Multiplying: We intentionally build relationships through our service activities, creating opportunities to share the hope of the Gospel and guide people towards a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church, making disciples and multiplying believers.
